We hired PHL Builders for our complete home renovation and could not have been happier with their services. We financed our renovation through a bank and PHL was very accommodating and patient with all our bank's requests/needs. As soon as our permits were approved, PHL was onsite starting work immediately. We had to shut down for a few weeks due to COVID working restrictions in spring of 2020, and as soon as work was allowed to restart Bill from PHL had his crews onsite. He also kept in touch with us throughout the shutdown to keep us informed on any updates he had and any changes to the plan once they were able to begin work again. PHL's work product exceeds industry expectations and Bill had excellent design ideas and suggestions to help create our vision for our home. Where PHL Builders really differentiates themselves in the industry is the communication and updates they provide to their clients. I received weekly, if not more, updates from Bill with progress photos. He was always very transparent about timeline and expectations so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend PHL Builders to anyone.

I had a vision of transforming my very small 50’s bathroom into a “spa-like” bathroom and PHL Builders made that happen!! From Day One, Bill and Mike were there guiding me through the process and their communication continued to keep me informed of all the details throughout the project. They kept to the schedule and moved through all the various levels of the project efficiently. And, all along, it was very apparent that they take pride in their work and are extremely interested in achieving customer satisfaction.

I had a very outdated and cluttered kitchen and dining room and needed help designing a new space. Bill was hands on from the beginning while his team worked to create a beautiful open space with more counterspace and cabinets than I could have dreamed of. Bill was responsive right away any time I had a question about anything - no matter how big or small. I’m so happy that I use PHL builders. They transformed my kitchen from an outdated mess to a modern, beautiful space. From the beginning Bill helped me find vendors for the materials I wanted, and pointed me in the right direction with design and layout. I ended up with just the space I wanted.
I was very concerned about starting this project that would be disruptive and take too long And I would be living in a construction zone for months, but it was not like that at all. The PHL builder team gave me a schedule and stuck to it, and managed to not disrupt the rest of my house while undertaking a very large project. The work that they did was excellent quality, and looks absolutely beautiful now. Definitely recommend them for any projects you have in your house.

PHL builders just completed my home complete ‘gutted’ renovation and they did a fantastic job top to bottom. There were many logistical challenges due to the Pandemic that was out of their control, and regardless they continued to make progress and get the job done in a timely and thorough fashion. What was most impressive was their responsiveness and frequent communication throughout, which was much appreciated especially given all of the logistical challenges. I recently purchased a home from PHL Builders, they completely renovated the home. The final product is beautiful, they did an incredible job and took great care in their work. Bill from PHL Builders worked with me to customize many of the features of the home, and was very responsive to any questions or input that I had.
